Is Del Lago Greenwich located in New York?
No. While the name "Greenwich" often makes people think of New York or Connecticut, Del Lago Greenwich is proudly based in Kansas.
Our name comes from the Greenwich area on the east side of Wichita, Kansas—a community that has been part of our local story and inspiration. The name reflects where our journey began, not a connection to New York.
A quick note for the curious: our "Greenwich" is pronounced GREEN-wich, not GREN-itch, which is the traditional pronunciation associated with Greenwich, New York, and Greenwich, Connecticut.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Most customers receive their order within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.
Can I return my order?
At Del Lago Greenwich, every item is made to order specifically for the customer who purchased it.
Unlike traditional retailers that keep large inventories in warehouses, we create products only after an order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction, excess inventory, and the amount of unused clothing that ends up in landfills.
Because each piece is produced specifically for an individual order, we generally cannot restock or resell returned items. For this reason, we ask customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and color selections carefully before placing an order.
Of course, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
