At Del Lago Greenwich, every product is printed on demand, just for you. Because each order is custom-made, we do not keep inventory or accept traditional returns or exchanges. However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the item/problem

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size chosen

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong design or color

General dislike of fit or style
Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
After printing begins, we cannot modify the order.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

First, check with your household and neighbors

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
If the carrier confirms loss, we will issue a free replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:

Damaged or defective items

Incorrect orders

Verified lost shipments
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
