At Del Lago Greenwich, every item is printed on demand just for you. This allows us to offer fresh, original designs at fair prices—while keeping waste low and quality high.
Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and tracking.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are printed after the order is placed.
Processing time:
🕒 2–5 business days (average)
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
We will update you if there are any unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order is printed, it ships via USPS, UPS, or DHL (depending on your location).
Typical delivery times:
🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
Actual times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it:

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
If it still doesn’t appear, email us and we’ll help investigate.
If the carrier confirms loss, we will replace the item at no cost.
We do not replace stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production times.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
